Changed your mind?
If your full-price item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Prefer a refund? Just contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, including the packaging.
Sale items
All sale items are final sale — no refunds or exchanges.
Faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives broken or faulty, email shop@pinkjamtrading.com.au and we’ll fix it fast.
Shipping & refunds
Refunds are issued less shipping/freight costs.
Please return items via registered post or a trackable courier, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
Shipping charges are only waived for faulty items.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
Refunds and credit notes are processed once the item has arrived safely back to us.
All returns are at the customer’s expense unless faulty.

Sent via Australia Post. Dispatched within 1–3 business days and usually arrives in 2–8 business days*.
Express Shipping — $18
Also via Australia Post. Dispatched next business day and usually arrives in 1–4 business days*.
Free Shipping over $250*
Spend over $250 and standard shipping is on us.
*Bulky Items
Furniture, lamps, artworks, rugs and other larger pieces aren’t included in standard, express or free shipping.
