If your full-price item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit.
Prefer a refund? Just contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be in perfect condition, including the packaging.

Faulty or damaged?

If your item arrives broken or faulty, email shop@pinkjamtrading.com.au and we’ll fix it fast.

Shipping & refunds

Refunds are issued less shipping/freight costs.
Please return items via registered post or a trackable courier, as we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
Shipping charges are only waived for faulty items.
Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
Refunds and credit notes are processed once the item has arrived safely back to us.
All returns are at the customer’s expense unless faulty.
